如果没有真正的，深层的连接，我们会很容易堕入到无意义的连结——一种成瘾的状态当中。建立深层的连接——养成一个好习惯、维系一个长久的关系，都不是一件容易的事情。也许我们自己能做到，也许我们需要外界的帮助。
